Refuelling hours: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu & Sat: 09:00–19:00 l.t. / Fri & Sun: 06:00–23:30 l.t.
- until 31 August 2026; from 1 September 2026: 06:00 to 23:30 l.t.
- Refuelling after 19:00 hrs is possible by sending a request to fbl@klu-airport.at or +43 463 41500 245 with a minimum notice period of 24 hours.
Payment:
- Payment is only possible by means of authorised fuel cards (details in the downloads below). If a customer does not have a fuel card, the refuelling team at Klagenfurt Airport will be happy to assist with a short-term application for a fuel card from 360 Jet Fuel for a fee, thus enabling ad hoc refuelling of JET A1. With 360 Jet Fuel, we and our customers have a globally active company with extensive experience in the small aircraft sector at our service.
Registration for tax-free refuelling:
- Only upon presentation of a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC)
- Only after presentation of a valid application
- Refuelling without a valid AOC and without a valid individual exemption certificate will be fully taxed without exception

Only fully taxed (MöSt.) fuel on offer

Price from 3 July 2026: € 2.99 per litre (incl. MöSt/mineral oil tax, USt/VAT and CO² levy.
